Our Shopping Event is private

The purpose of our shopping event is to provide a private place for you to learn about toys and ask questions from the comfort of your own home. The session is moderated by the Couples Toy Store staff and product representatives for the featured brands.

Free Shipping + Discount + Free Gift With Purchase

Attendees who choose to purchase one of the featured toys will receive the toy at a discounted price. Orders will also include free shipping and a free gift.

How do I join a shopping event?

Please add your email address in the form above to so we can notify prior to it starting. 12 hours before the event we will send a reminder. Approximately 30 minutes before the event begins, we will send the link to join the shopping event by email. The event will take place via a YouTube live streaming session created by the Couples Toy Store staff.

Do I have to purchase a toy if I attend?

Absolutely NOT. We have created this shopping event to give our customers the opportunity to learn about toys and ask questions in a private space.

Do I need a YouTube account?

Our shopping event will be broadcast via a YouTube livestream. Yes, You will need a Google Account to login and view the livestream. This is to keep minors from viewing the broadcast. This will also allow you to interact and ask questions during the livestream if you choose. It is important to note, even though you sign in none of your information is passed to us or shown in the broadcast.

What will I have to do in the shopping event?

As much or as little as you like. Our staff will be hosting a live stream so you can get an up close look at the toys and their packaging. Our staff and available product brand representatives will also be on hand to answer your questions. You can participate in the live stream chat, through the individual product posts on our Facebook page, or in a private message.

Is this online only?

Yes, we have designed this event so you can enjoy and participate from the comfort of your own home. Grab a glass of wine, sit back on the couch, and enjoy the event! This is also a great time for you and your lover to learn about toys together.

Is space limited?

Yes, we are limiting the number of people in this event to maintain a friendly and informative environment. This will also allow our staff to answer everyones questions for the duration of the broadcast.
