Always Discreet Packaging

The Couples Toy Store takes personal privacy very seriously, so we do all that we can to preserve your privacy. All orders are packed in standard, non-marked padded envelopes or brown boxes. The only identifying mark on the package is the shipping label with your Mailing Address and Ours. The name “Couples Toy Store” or anything else related does not show anywhere else on the outside of your package.

Domesting Shipping Information

Our goal is to ship within 24-48 business hours of receiving your order, please consider longer times during the holidays. All orders are shipped via USPS Ground unless otherwise requested.

Standard shipping times apply and are out of the control of The Couples Toy Store. Should you have an issue with your shipment please let us know by using either our live support at the bottom right of the page or by submitting a ticket through the form on the Contact Page.

CAn I track My Order?

We offer the ability to see the status of your order in your account center. There, we will update the status of your order and provide the tracking number once available from the shipper.

What kind of package will I receive?

A completely nondescript box or envelope with only a shipping label on the outside.

Do I need to sign for my order?

Only if the value exceeds $250.

Will UPS deliver on the weekend? USPS?

No and Yes. UPS does not do weekend deliveries unless specified at checkout for specific zip codes. However, USPS will make Saturday deliveries in certain locations. Check the USPS website for more information on Saturday delivery available in your area.

CAn I cancel MY Order

In almost all cases, an order is processed and shipping within the same business day so that you receive it as quickly as possible. This means that there is no way to cancel an order once it has been submitted.
