We value you as a customer and want to make sure you have the best experience when purchasing through our store. Order Related Questions
Your privacy is one of main concerns. All orders placed through our site are shipped in one of two ways, either a plain brown box with no exterior identifying markings or a padded business envelop. It is 100% anonymous and we even use an alias for the return address to further protect your privacy.
Standard flat-rate shipping is $8.50. All orders over $75 are eligible for free shipping in the continental United States. We do not ship internationally. We offer shipping via the United States Postal Service (USPS) currently for standard shipping options. United Parcel Service (UPS) is only used for express shipments.
We process and ship all orders within 24-48 business hours of being placed. In the event an item is out of stock or your order is delayed, you will be notified via email. You can locate tracking information in your account area under orders.
That depends. Typically deliveries are not made on Saturday. However, USPS may delivery you package on a Saturday. If you choose a UPS express shipping option, they only delivery Monday through Friday, they DO NOT deliver on the weekends and we currently do not offer a specific Saturday delivery option.
We work incredibly hard to make sure we sell only the best quality and performing products. In the event that you receive a defective product please let us know and we will accomodate you the best we can.
Because of the nature of the products we sell, we are not able to return or exchange products unless defective. This is for the health and safety of our customers. Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.

- Anal toys, beads, and plugs
- Cock and Ball devices, cock rings and sleeves
- Gags and ropes
- Lingerie and mens wear
- Liquid products: lubes, massage oils, condoms, and body paints
If an item you receive is found to have a manufacturers defect within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item. To start the claim process you must first submit a ticket using the form located on our contact page. Once we receive your inquiry you will be issued a Return Authorization Number. This number must be written on the box that you return. Return shipping is your responsibility. Upon receipt and inspection of the defective product we will ship a replacement of the exact same item to you free of charge.
Please note, the original packaging, all included items such as cords, remotes, and etc. must be included and intact. **Items deemed to be in a used condition will be immediately disposed of and not replaced.**
Standard shipping is quoted as taking 3-6 business days depending on your location in the United States. However, all shipping times are subject to weather and USPS shipping conditions.
Occasionally an item may be substituted. Manufacturers may re-design or discontinue various items at which point we will substitute a similiar product of equal or greater value.
The name of this website will NEVER show up on your credit card statement. The name that will appear is “MCFMH LLC”. We value your privacy and do everything we can to ensure your purchases are discreet and private.
All orders over the amount of $250 will automatically require a signature for delivery. This ensures that your order arrives in suitable condition and doesn’t disappear from your drop location as a result of theft or other circumstances. All orders that require re-shipment will require a signature as well.

If you can’t remember your password, then you can use the “Forgot Password” link on the Login/Account page to reset it.
If you want to change it and still remember your current password, you can change it in the “Account Details” section of your account portal.
Absolutely nothing. Your information is only used to process payments, ship orders, and notify you (as selected) of order updates or specials. At no time do we sell your information for marketing purposes or anything else.
