Point value for each product is listed on the product page. Points are automatically added to your account after your purchase is made. 

Points are same as cash

For example: If you spend $100. You will earn $5.00 which you can apply to a future purchase.

Points are stored in your loyalty account

Points are stored in your account. They do not expire. They can be applied to ANY future order. 

There is no limit on how many points can be redeemed

You spent your hard earned money to purchase products and earn your points…which means we will never limit how many points can be redeemed at one time. 

Earn points for product reviews

Any time you leave a review for a product you purchased at CouplesToyStore.com, you will earn $5.00 in points. Points will be applied to your account after you leave a review.

What can I use my points for?

The awesome thing about our program is that you get to choose exactly what you want to spend your points on. We will never tell you what you can or can’t purchase with your points. You earned them! Use them to splurge on a big ticket item, or save a few bucks on the necessities. It is up to YOU!

Will my points expire?

Your points will NEVER expire. The great thing about that is…you can keep adding points to your bank to save up for something you really want.  

How can I see how many points I have?

Points are applied to your loyalty account after your purchase is made and payment is received. You can also see how many points a product is worth on the actual product page.  

What if the product I want to buy is more than the points I have in my account?

If a product costs more than the amount of points you have, don’t worry! The points will be taken off of the total price and you will pay the remaining cost. For example: if the product is $50 and you want to apply $10 in points. You will pay $40 for the product after the points are applied. 

How do I leave a review for a product?

Once your purchase is completed, log in to your account. Go to the specific product that you purchased. Scroll down the product page and you will see the option to leave a review. You can ONLY leave a review for a product you have purchased at CouplesToyStore.com. Once you leave a review, the $5.00 in points will be automatically added to your account.
