How do I watch the show?
Please add your email address in the form above so we can notify you prior to it starting. 12 hours before the show we will send a reminder. Approximately 30 minutes before the show begins, we will send the link to join CTS LIVE! by email. The show will take place via a YouTube and Facebook live streaming session created by the Couples Toy Store staff.
Do I have to purchase a toy if I attend?
Absolutely NOT. We have created CTS LIVE! to give our customers the opportunity to learn about toys and ask questions in a private space.
Do I need a YouTube account?
CTS LIVE! will be broadcast via a YouTube and Facebook livestream. Yes, You will need an account to login and view the livestream on each platform. This is to keep minors from viewing the broadcast. This will also allow you to interact and ask questions during the livestream if you choose. It is important to note, even though you sign in none of your information is passed to us or shown in the broadcast.
What will I have to do during the show?
As much or as little as you like. Our staff will be hosting a live stream so you can get an up close look at the toys and their packaging. Our staff and available product brand representatives will also be on hand to answer your questions. You can participate in the live stream chat, through the individual product posts on our Facebook page, or in a private message.
Is this online only?
Yes, we have designed CTS LIVE! so you can enjoy and participate from the comfort of your own home. Grab a glass of wine, sit back on the couch, and enjoy the show! This is also a great time for you and your lover to learn about toys together.
Is space limited?
Yes, we are limiting the number of people in this event to maintain a friendly and informative environment. This will also allow our staff to answer everyones questions for the duration of the broadcast.
